• Remaining payment must be completed before final delivery or source code handover.
• Delayed payments may delay project delivery.

4. Refund Policy

Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.

If the project is cancelled before work begins, refund eligibility may be discussed case-by-case.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Correct content and information
• Images, logos, and branding materials
• Timely feedback and approvals

Project timelines may be affected if required materials are delayed.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are provided during the project. Major changes or additional features requested after project approval may require extra charges.

7. Delivery

Project delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity and client response time.

8. Intellectual Property

Final project files and source code will be provided only after full payment completion.

Clients own their final project after full payment, except third-party assets, libraries, or licensed resources.

9. Limitation of Liability

TrioScript is not responsible for:

• Third-party hosting or server issues
• Domain provider related issues
• Loss caused by unauthorized access after project delivery
